10 steps on how to remain positive no matter what

Here is my rescue remedy for when things go wrong in your life

and you need to keep going and stay positive!!


My 10 steps to turning it all around

  1. Cherish yourself with lots of positive affirmations about how awesome you are.
  2. Pamper – Book a massage, go to the hairdresser, get your nails done or watch a movie with and chill.
  3. Be social always helps – catchup with a group for dinner or just a coffee with a friend.
  4. Stop being negative – always try to be consciously optimistic eventually it becomes second nature.
  5. Write down a list of things to be grateful for – your friends, your pets, your health, your hair, eyes you get my drift.
  6. Be kind to other – you would be surprised how this cheers you up big time, helping someone takes your mind off your own worries.
  7. Stop being judgmental of others, critisism of others leads to dark miserable thoughts about ourselves and leads to negativity and brings you back down to the dark thoughts your are trying to escape.
  8. Press reset every morning on your problems! A good night sleeps sometimes makes a big issue yesterday into a much smaller more manageable issue and while you sleep on it you may even solve your problem!
  9. Treat yourself as you would like to be treated.
  10. Remind yourself that todays problems will be a thing of the past in a year !!

  1. I use no. 10 frequently, and I find it really effective! Also in other ways – if I want to sleep when it’s time to exercise, I ask myself what will be better for my health in one year’s time. I get up every time. It should work on pizzas and cookies too, but I never tried. 😀
